Our Glass Tears Memory Tears generally ship within two (2) weeks after we have received your approved engraving instructions or the cremation ashes. All of our products are individually handcrafted in our glass studios and require a little extra time to ensure our trademark Glass Tears quality. Our Ash Tear Sculptures can also be sent directly to your funeral home to transfer the ash. Please contact us at info@glasstears.com if you have special requests, questions or other instructions.
